Rob Kneeland
Rob is really a born drummer – sticks in his hands beating out a tune the day he was born. He played drums in numerous rock and folk/rock bands until he decided that he didn’t want to lug around so much equipment. He picked up the mandolin, liked its small size, and has been providing a rock solid strum and energy for High Range ever since. Now with the addition of Matt to the band, Robbie is building up muscles again carrying a small drum set to High Range gigs to lay down that solid, unobtrusive back beat to the group. His natural singing and songwriting bring us back down to earth. In fact his song, Leave This All Behind, hit #1 on Music Choice, and with the big royalty check he got, he was able to buy the band coffees one morning – generous guy. Of course his good humor and easy-going insights on life sure help keep the band light on its feet.
